Dan Shluckbier

Dan Schluckbier is a distinguished figure in the retail industry, embodying a wealth of over four decades of experience. Born into the heart of the business as a proud second-generation member of JSI, Dan’s journey in the retail world commenced with an integral role in servicing KMart stores across the nation. This foundational experience laid the groundwork for his profound understanding of the retail landscape and its dynamics.

In 1986, Dan spearheaded JSI’s diversification into the Farm and Ranch retail sector by partnering with Quality Farm & Fleet, marking a significant expansion of the company’s footprint in the retail industry. This strategic move broadened JSI’s market reach and demonstrated Dan’s forward-thinking and innovative approach to business growth.

The merger between Tractor Supply and Quality Farm & Fleet presented another pivotal moment in Dan’s career. Seizing further opportunities to amplify JSI’s influence in the retail sector, Dan inaugurated the second JSI office in Nashville, Tennessee. This strategic expansion was instrumental in fostering new business relationships and enhancing the company’s service offerings, solidifying JSI’s position as a key player in the retail industry.

Today, Dan’s role revolves around developing new Manufacturer relationships for retail, a testament to his enduring commitment to nurturing and expanding JSI’s business networks. His expertise and strategic vision are invaluable assets in identifying and leveraging new opportunities for growth and collaboration in the rapidly evolving retail landscape.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dan’s passion for work transcends into his personal life, where he finds joy and fulfillment in the very essence of working. This relentless dedication and love for his work drive him to continually strive for excellence and innovation in every aspect of his career.

President / Partner

Seth Arnett

Seth Arnett is a dynamic and seasoned professional in the automotive sector whose career has been marked by a series of progressive roles that showcase his depth of knowledge and expertise in the industry. Joining JSI Consulting in August 2020, Seth brought a rich depth of experiences acquired over 16 years dedicated entirely to the automotive field.
 
After completing his college education, Seth embarked on his professional journey with Penske Automotive Group (PAG), where he assumed several key roles. His tenure at Penske was instrumental in honing his skills and deepening his understanding of the automotive industry’s complexities and demands. Seth’s diverse responsibilities at Penske gave him a robust foundation in automotive operations and management, setting the stage for his future endeavors.
 
Seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, Seth transitioned from Penske to AutoZone, a leading retailer and distributor of automotive replacement parts and accessories. At AutoZone, he excelled in the Merchandising department, contributing significantly to both the Commercial and Do-It-Yourself (DIY) segments. His innovative strategies and keen market insights helped strengthen AutoZone’s position in the competitive automotive retail landscape.
 
The next chapter in Seth’s career led him to Nashville, where he joined Tractor Supply Company as the Automotive Buyer. This role allowed him to leverage his extensive experience and passion for the automotive industry, further enhancing his reputation as a skilled and strategic buyer.
 
Outside of his professional life, Seth’s enthusiasm extends to his personal interests, where he indulges in anything related to racing and outdoor activities. Whether it’s experiencing the thrill of a race or enjoying the tranquility of nature, Seth finds joy and relaxation in these pursuits, reflecting his dynamic personality and love for adventure.

Vice President of Business Development

Caleb McElveen

Caleb McElveen serves as Vice President of Business Development at JSI Consulting, where he leads efforts to build strong partnerships and drive sales growth across major retailers. With a professional background spanning business development, digital marketing, and strategic leadership, Caleb has a proven ability to connect brands with opportunities that maximize visibility and performance.

Prior to joining JSI, he held leadership roles in SEO and marketing, where he developed expertise in market analysis, content strategy, and customer engagement. His diverse experience allows him to bring both analytical insight and creative problem-solving to every partnership. At JSI, Caleb focuses on representing top-tier vendors, expanding relationships with national retailers like AutoZone, and creating strategies that help clients succeed in competitive markets.

Outside of work, he remains passionate about leadership and mentorship, drawing on his earlier career as a coach and educator to inspire collaboration and growth in every team he’s a part of.

Director of National Accounts

Jonathan Bergeron

Jonathan Bergeron is a dedicated professional leading operations and process optimization at JSI Consulting where he brings a sharp focus on efficiency, quality, and scalable growth. With a diverse background in managing workflows, improving systems, and coordinating cross-departmental collaboration, Jonathan ensures that the foundational processes of the business run smoothly, reliably, and with a strong eye toward continuous improvement.

By blending analytical problem-solving with hands-on leadership, he develops strategies that reduce friction, enhance accountability, and deliver measurable results. His approach emphasizes clear communication, data-driven decision making, and aligning operational best practices with the organization’s strategic goals.

Outside work, Jonathan is committed to lifelong learning, mentoring team members, and exploring new tools and technologies that support effective operations, believing that an effective backbone is vital for any company’s success.

Director of International Operations

Alicia Acosta

With over 15 years of experience in Mexico and the USA, Alicia excels at driving business growth through strategic category and national accounts management. She has a strong track record of optimizing product portfolios, cultivating strategic partnerships, and building and maintaining high-value relationships with leading companies in the automotive and consumer retail sectors. Her focus is on creating sustainable value for both clients and organizations.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find her traveling, taking a spinning class or spending time with her son.

Business Analytics Manager

Dalynn Stewart

Dalynn Stewart serves as Business Analytics Manager at JSI Consulting, where she combines data-driven insights with strategic vision to fuel growth and innovation. With a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and community engagement, Dalynn excels at creatively identifying and implementing strategies that drive incremental growth across diverse categories.

She is skilled in planning, forecasting, and executing innovative products, often helping clients be first to market. Known for thriving in cross-functional environments, she leads projects that align teams, streamline processes, and ultimately strengthen client success.

Dalynn’s commitment to excellence and her passion for community involvement underscore her drive to make a meaningful impact both within JSI Consulting and beyond.

National Account Manager

Ryan Nash

Ryan Nash is a National Account Manager at JSI Consulting, responsible for managing key accounts with The Home Depot and Tractor Supply Company. With over 20 years of experience in the hardware and automotive industry, Ryan brings a wealth of expertise in driving client relationships and optimizing business performance.

Ryan’s career includes 8 years as an Associate Buyer and Buyer at Orgill Inc., a year as a Chemical Buyer at Henkel Chemical Management, 3 years as an Inventory Analyst at Tractor Supply Company, and 6 years as an Account Manager at Tasco Sales Reps. His diverse background has given him a strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and sales strategies.

Ryan holds a degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and has enhanced his professional skills through Dale Carnegie courses. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, watching sports, and exploring craft breweries.

Ryan thrives on interacting with people and finding solutions that positively impact sales and revenue, helping his clients achieve their business goals.

National Account Manager

Shannon Goldsmith

Shannon is a National Account Manager currently contributing to JSI Consulting, where they have been leveraging their analytical expertise since September 2024. With a robust background in category management and supply chain analysis, Shannon has honed her skills in relationship management, request for proposal (RFP) processes, and strategic decision-making over nearly a decade in the retail and consulting sectors.

Prior to their role at JSI Consulting, Shannon spent nearly eight years at AutoZone, a leading retail automotive parts supplier, where they progressed through various positions. As a Category Manager, she successfully led initiatives to optimize product assortment and pricing strategies, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction and sales performance. During this time, she also managed key supplier relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business objectives.

Before stepping into the category management role, Shannon served as a Commercial Assistant Category Manager, where she played a vital role in supporting RFP processes and relationship management, further deepening their expertise in commercial strategy. Additionally, as a Supply Chain Analyst, Shannon focused on optimizing supply chain operations, analyzing data to drive efficiency and cost savings.

With a passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, Shannon is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that drive business success. Her ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver actionable insights makes her an asset in any business environment.

Shannon is based in Memphis, Tennessee. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children, travel, and is a triathlete.

National Account Manager

Rachel Ellison

Rachel brings over 12 years of experience in retail, wholesale, and client services to JSI Consulting. Her career spans boutique ownership, multi-site retail leadership, and corporate operations, where she’s built a strong track record of driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and connecting brands and products to the right audiences.

From founding and running her own successful boutique to leading district-level retail teams and supporting global operations at IDEXX Laboratories, Rachel has consistently combined strategy with people-first leadership. She thrives on building meaningful connections, developing partnerships, and creating opportunities that bring value to both businesses and customers.

Rachel is passionate about people, brands, and the stories that connect them—and she’s beyond excited to bring that passion and experience to JSI Consulting.

Business Analyst

Alexis Darnall

Alexis graduated from the University of Alabama in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a minor in Psychology. She grew up in the northern Chicago suburbs and has now called Nashville home for the past two years.

As a Business Analyst, she leverages her background in communication and psychology to analyze complex business challenges, uncover actionable insights, and help to deliver strategic solutions.

With strong interpersonal communication skills and a keen eye for problem-solving, she thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments that require collaboration, adaptability, and attention to detail. She is passionate about helping our clients optimize their strengths and achieve sustainable growth by connecting insights with strategic action.

With over a decade of experience in commercial operations and analytics, Greg has worked across industries ranging from manufacturing and distribution to agriculture and medicine. His passion for driving strategic initiatives that boost efficiency and unlock growth opportunities makes him a powerful addition to our team.

Greg is a strong believer in using data to tell stories and solve real business challenges, always looking for innovative ways to help teams operate more effectively and deliver greater value.
